About Me:

What do you wanna know? I was born and mostly raised in a little town called Jasper, Tennessee. I moved to Great Falls, Montana in early June '97 when I was 14. By June the end of June, I was going out with Jeremy, who's now my husband. June 29th, 2006 we'll be celebrating our 2nd anniversary of being married & our 9th anniversary of being together. Currently, the only children we have are our cats: Omega, Katie, Psyche, Onyx, & Pogo, and our two dogs: Baal & Zoso "Zoe".
We bought our first house in April 2003. We got an awesome deal b/c it was a repo. It's 3-stories: was 6 bedrooms, 3 baths when we bought it, but now it's 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. We still have a hell of a lot of work to do to the house b/c it's an old house and the previous owners were old people. But it's all ours :~)
I am a vet tech at a small vet here in Great Falls & I absolutely love the job. I only work part time which is even better. My husband is a flooring installer for Pierce flooring.
But about me, let's see? My friend Charity calls me Freak-Ann, she says it's just b/c I'm not right. (although, its' funny that she & I have a lot in common). I strive to be a good person. Someone that I respect & would wanna be if I weren't me. Someday if I have kids, I wanna be someone my kids will respect & wanna be. I wanna be different than my family. Don't get me wrong, I love them but I think only b/c I have to. I tend to love my friends more than my family just b/c you can choose who your friends are, you can't choose your family; and friends have to earn your love & respect, and my family anyway just expects it w/out earning it or working at it.
My dream is to be a mother and an author. The written word is magic to me. I'd rather write than talk.
I tend to like animals more than people. I like to try to just enjoy my life; try to take it a day at a time & to do at least one thing that I want to do every day. I'm a capricorn & German and I fit the profile of each b/c I like order & I tend to be somewhat controlling but I try to keep that in check. I hate those people who bitch & whine about a bad situation & do nothing to change it. I understand there are some situations where there is nothing you can do & to those, I'm sympathetic but to the others I'm not. And it is mostly those "other" people who come to me for advice & I won't give it.
I can't stand sluts, men or women. That's a huge issue for me. I don't think it would be so bad if slutty men were frowned upon as much as slutty women for one thing. And also, in the media you see more naked women than you do naked men. I'm sorry, but I do think the female body is beautiful but I also think the male body is equally beautiful.
I often think that I was a witch in a past life (that could be my grandma's influence) but sometimes I get these premonitions or feelings if you will and they always turn out to be true or to save my ass. If I could live in any time other than now, I think I'd go back & live like the Native Americans, back before us "white people" came & took their land. I think that it would be cool sometimes to just run up into the mountains & live there. If I ever get rich, that's the 1st thing I'm gonna do.

Favorite Books:

Mostly I prefer books about witches & vampires. My grandma got me obsessed w/ witches. Mostly if I read anything not in that category, I want it to be something that is not only entertaining but enlightning, something that makes you think, something that makes you want to better yourself. The best book, or I should say books, is The Witching Hour series by Anne Rice, followed by Lasher & then Taltos. And then recently, I read a five book series by Jean M. Auel, the first being Clan of the Cave Bear. I was actually surprised at how much I liked it b/c it's totally different than anything I've ever read before, but I loved it & have recommended it to a lot of people.
